1. How does NeutralEyes® Eye Complex work?
This product works underneath the eye area to treat dark circles. It increases microcirculation, strengthens capillaries and increases skin thickness under the eyes. Also, lightens and brightens dark circles using new light diffusing technology. Reduces dark circles and puffiness, firms and tightens aging skin, reduces inflammation around eye area, smoothes fine lines and wrinkles.

We recommend the patient use a small amount under the eye, in the morning and evening to see best results.
